The tragic story of this young gentleman needs to be told. If you want to read the entire story, Google his name. In short, this nineteen year old broadcast his suicide live on a social networking site Justin.tv.
People actually said things like "do it" and called him "faggot". Are you serious? How do you feel now? You are the people who should be dead right now. Not this poor, confused college student. You people suck. It's people like you that make this world such a terrible place to live. Show some compassion. It astonishes me that people could be so cruel. What was so great about talking shit to a complete stranger? Does it really make you feel good about yourself? When I first read this story I was genuinely shocked. Looking back, I realize I shouldn't be. Not in this world.
Eventually the human race will be able to come together and be one with each other. Keep the faith.
To be fair, there were people who tried to convince him not to do it, and somebody eventually called the police, and I applaud you for your actions. Although in the end it wasn't enough, at least you tried to do the right thing.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the victim and his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
For the people who pushed him to do this, hopefully this teaches you an important lesson. Something you will never forget.
