Arnold Classic 09

Yesterday I bought my tickets for the 2009 Arnold Classic Sports Festival. It is an annual three day event held in Columbus, Ohio that features a wide spectrum of sporting events and also a fitness expo with over 650 booths. This will be my first year attending and I am definitely looking forward to the weekend. I have an interest in health and fitness and I think that being around a bunch of like minded people will be good. I will admire all the huge people walking sideways through doorways, men and women! Not only is there a bodybuilding competition, but a strongman as well. If I could only gain 20 pounds of lean muscle and drop 8-10% of my body fat in the next two weeks maybe I could compete! Good luck to me. Don't worry, I'm not serious.
