Am I serious? Obviously not, but doesn't it seem like a lot of the diets that are out there these days? Sure, if thats all you ate for ten days I'm sure you would lose weight. However, would you be any healthier than you were ten days ago? Chances are, not a chance. People are, all too often, concerned with a quick and simple fix. The magic diet, the magic pill, the magic stomach exercise. These industries are very, very rich; they got that way cause we don't like to work hard.
Here's a real secret: There is no such thing as an easy way out!
If you want to lose weight clean up your diet. Drink water. Exercise. Reduce stress. Get a good night's rest. Don't give up. It really is quite simple, yet for so many people its unrealistic. Why? Because it's so much easier to give up than to press on. It's easier to say, "oh, this doesn't work. I think i'll try [next diet, pill, machine on the list]." And on and on it goes.
Take a small step today. Anything that get's you closer to your goals is a step in the right direction. Good luck and stay strong.
